How to uninstall those pesky Android apps that just won’t go away
There’s nothing worse than an app that gets into your system and won’t leave, even after you force-close it, uninstall it, and forget it ever existed. It’s the bane of Android users everywhere, but what do you do when an app just won’t go away? Here are some tips and tricks on how to uninstall stubborn Android apps.
Why do you need an app uninstaller?
Sometimes, you install an app and it doesn’t quite work out. Maybe it’s buggy, or maybe it’s just not what you’re looking for. Whatever the reason, you want to get rid of it. But uninstalling a stubborn Android app can be a pain. You have to find where the app is located on your phone and then dig through your list of installed apps. Worse yet, sometimes uninstalling one will bring up another with a message saying Uninstall? (ugh).
A simpler way is to use an app uninstaller like AppMgr III (see link below). It scans your phone and shows all the Android applications on your device, letting you see at a glance which ones are installed and which ones are running in the background. You can also sort by name, size, or installation date. The interface is easy enough that even grandma could figure it out!

We’ve all been there. You download an app, use it for a bit, and then decide you don’t want it anymore. But when you go to uninstall it, you find that it just won’t go away. If you’re struggling to remove an unwanted Android app, here’s a step-by-step guide to help you get rid of it for good. First, open your device’s Settings menu and select Apps. From the list of installed apps on your device, scroll down until you find the one you want to delete. Once you’ve found it, tap the app icon. At the top of the screen, you’ll see an Uninstall button which will allow you to permanently delete the app from your device.
Once you click this button, a pop-up window will appear with three options: Uninstall App, Uninstall Updates, and Cancel. To completely uninstall this app from your phone or tablet (and stop any more updates from coming), tap Uninstall App at the bottom of this pop-up window. If this option isn’t available (as is often the case with system apps), then click Cancel in order to exit out of this window without removing anything Piso WiFi .
